Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return for any of the following reasons:

  • Damaged or Contaminated Package: If your product’s packaging is damaged or contaminated.
  • Defective or Bad Product: If you received a defective or otherwise damaged product.
  • Wrong Item: If the item you received is not what you ordered.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind and want to return an unused, unopened product.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Step 1: Contact us at Support@harmonyshack.store with your full name, email, order number, and reason for return. If approved, we will send a return shipping label within 1-3 business days.
  2. Step 2: Repackage the product securely, attach the provided order number, and ship it to the return address provided.
  3. Step 3: Provide us with the tracking number. Return shipping fees are not refundable.
  4. Step 4: Allow 2-5 business days for inspection. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

Order Cancellation & Modification

You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting Support@harmonyshack.store. After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or shipped.

Restocking & Return Shipping Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee. However, return shipping fees are not refundable unless the item is defective.

Damages & Issues

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately for a free return shipping label.

Exchanges for Customer Remorse

For exchanges, return the item and place a new order. Return shipping costs for customer remorse will be deducted from the refund.
